$120,000–$140,000 base salary Position Summary
An established and fast-growing CPG company in the beverage space is seeking an experienced
Marketing Director
to lead all in-house marketing initiatives. This individual will oversee brand strategy, campaign development, and product innovation while helping to expand the company’s reach beyond its core Hispanic market. The ideal candidate is a bilingual, culturally fluent leader who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and has proven experience building brands within CPG, food, beverage, or related industries. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth Develop and execute annual marketing and product development strategies aligned with company goals. Lead initiatives that expand brand visibility into mainstream U.S. markets while maintaining cultural authenticity. Oversee product innovation, packaging, and launch strategies from concept through commercialization. Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting on marketing ROI. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives. Digital, Influencer & Social Media Strategy Drive growth across digital and social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Identify and develop influencer, entertainment, and celebrity partnerships, including opportunities for product placement. Strengthen digital advertising, e-commerce marketing, and community engagement. Campaigns, Events & Partnerships Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Oversee trade shows, cultural events, and consumer activations, ensuring on-brand execution. Negotiate and manage external vendor, media, and partnership contracts. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor a small in-house marketing team (social media, e-commerce, coordinator, and design functions). Encourage collaboration, creativity, and accountability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Promote a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, or related field). Bilingual in Spanish required Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the
CPG industry ; experience in food, beverage, beauty, or skincare preferred. Experience managing a marketing team required Proven success in developing and executing consumer-facing marketing strategies. Strong understanding of both Hispanic and general U.S. consumer markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Self-motivated, hands-on leader with high attention to detail and the ability to operate with autonomy.
