Position Overview The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, with a strong focus on Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Workday HRIS administration. This role ensures HR programs align with company objectives and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring the HR Generalist to be in our Irvine office three (3) days per week and allowing remote work for the remaining days.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of HR experience with exposure to L&D, performance management, and employee relations.
Workday proficient
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Essential Functions
Learning & Development
Design, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Partner with managers to identify development needs and create learning paths.
Coordinate external training resources and maintain compliance with internal policies.
Performance Management
Administer the performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and policy violations.
Promote a positive work environment through proactive engagement initiatives.
Workday HRIS
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure system integrity.
Generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and compliance.
Support HR process automation and troubleshoot system issues.
Physical Requirements
Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing
Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
Occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pull and/or move up to 10-25 lbs.
The ability to travel may be required for key events
