We are seeking an experienced
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager
to lead and oversee all EHS programs at our Panama City location. This role will drive compliance with
OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards , while cultivating a
zero-incident safety culture
and supporting sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead site-wide HSE programs, training, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments to ensure a safe workplace. Partner with leadership and regulatory agencies to maintain environmental, health, and safety compliance. Mentor and manage safety staff, while driving continuous improvement in safety systems. Support ESG initiatives including emissions tracking and sustainability goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of HSE program management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO standards, and HSE management systems. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams. TWIC eligibility required. Experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries is a plus. If you are a
