ADAD Purpose of Position

As an Admissions Advisor you will meet with potential students and set them on the path to career success through the obtainment of high-quality education, technical certifications, and aggressive career placement. Our Admissions Advisor must have a passion to motivate people to succeed. When the potential student is transitioned to the Admissions team, Admissions Advisors will lead them in all aspects of enrollment. Admissions Advisors will qualify potential students, present our educational programs and services, conduct consistent follow-up, and assist candidates in obtaining financial aid and completing the enrollment process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sells the value of MyComputerCareer to prospective students through a consultation and PowerPoint presentation Performs daily follow up calls to help students progress towards enrollment Helps students obtain required documentation to enroll in the program including High School Transcripts, college transcripts, Identification, etc. Helps students obtain funding through private lenders Walks students through all required documentation to become enrolled students Sets expectations as to what new students are required to do to be successful in the program and meet minimum academic standards Participates in or conducts student recruitment programs with other members of faculty and staff Ensures new students have completed our required on-boarding process which includes completing New Student Interviews and showing up to the First Day of Labs Required to help with retention and participate in "save the student" meetings A minimum of 50 dials or follow-up calls daily Customer-facing role where your camera must remain on throughout the consultation process Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned Key Competencies

High School Diploma/ GED-Required Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience Salesforce experience a plus Demonstrated significant high performing sales experience Physical & Cognitive Demands

Listen to potential students and communicate utilizing verbal and written feedback; must be able to exchange accurate information Observe and detect concerns or areas for improvement within the workplace Frequently move about the office and customer/prospect locations in diverse environments Maintain a high level of consistent cognitive function to negotiate complex transactions with employees and students or vendors Stoop, kneel, or crouch when maneuvering the office environment Lift up 25lbs at times
