Position Overview – Part‑time HVAC Adjunct Faculty The position teaches HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) credit courses focused on refrigeration, air‑conditioning, and heating systems. Classes are available in both day and evening schedules at the CCBC Catonsville and Dundalk campuses.
Pay and Benefits Pay level: $1085 per credit hour.
Tax‑sheltered annuities – 403(b) and 457(b) plans available.

Deferred compensation plan via VOYA Financial Advisors, Inc.
Free parking; a permit required from the Department of Public Safety.

Responsibilities
Teach HVAC courses covering refrigeration, air‑conditioning, and heating systems.
Instruct both day and evening classes at CCBC Catonsville and Dundalk campuses.
Maintain current industry knowledge and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least five years of full‑time experience as an HVAC technician.
Computer proficiency and strong written & oral communication skills.
Experience teaching or training adults and current industry certifications preferred.
