Position Summary As the Director of Project Management, you will play a crucial role as a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to spearhead project management initiatives that consistently achieve and exceed desired outcomes. By aligning project goals with organizational objectives, this Director harnesses their expertise in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management to consistently deliver tangible and impactful results. As a dynamic leader in the realm of project management, this director is renowned for orchestrating high‑performance teams that consistently turn strategies into outcomes.
Additionally, the Director of Project Management is responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization. The role involves establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, which in turn are distributed to partners and entities.

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, training, and support

Establish and enforce project management best practices and quality standards across the organization in accordance with the PMO.
Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and methodologies, seeking opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Keeps connected with CV Entities to ensure alignment with the CV Way of conducting business
Maintain an up‑to‑date project portfolio and provide easy to use visibility into project status, resource allocation, and progress to stakeholders.

Operates at a laser‑sharp focus on results to elevate project outcomes to unprecedented heights
Proactively identifies risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, ensuring seamless coordination and real‑time visibility for stakeholders.
Facilitate connections between a multitude of roles to be able to bring together existing resources
Fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making, they ensure that projects not only meet, but consistently surpass, performance targets and metrics
Understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and customer expectations
Transforms project goals into measurable outcomes by leveraging data‑driven insights, optimizing processes, and fostering innovation
Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Asana, to manage project schedules, tasks, and resources efficiently.
High level of business acumen and knowledge around due diligence, M&A, private equity
Strong writing skills to prepare clear and concise project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other project‑related communications.
Education And Experience
Master’s Degree in a business‑related field is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required
7 years’ work experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Corporate Project Manager is preferred
