Position Summary
This position will drive and deliver in two strategically important areas of the firm's business:
Data Management Co‑ordinating the firm's data strategy and partnering across the business to deliver data platforms and products that accelerate growth, deliver for clients, enable the employee experience and support business compliance.
Project Management Office (PMO) Lead the firm's delivery of programs, projects and process excellence, partnering across the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to ensure prioritized work is delivered within budget, on time and to scope, using consistent and transparent methodologies and reporting.

Success Looks Like
Data Management – Partner with Technology to determine a target operating model and adapt firm‑wide data flows, aligning with the Data Strategy, Governance, Compliance, Quality, and Security considerations.
PMO – Support cross‑functional collaboration and delivery on prioritized change efforts, defining and developing standard tools, reporting, and integrating across the Strategic Planning process.
Objectives Data Management
Alignment with business goals, growth, products, and competitive advantage.
Data Governance & Compliance – establish policies and procedures to ensure data quality and regulatory adherence.
Data Management – facilitate cross‑functional efforts across the entire data lifecycle, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
Data Analytics & Insights – implement and use analytics to uncover business insights, understand customer behavior, and support data‑informed decision making.
Data Quality & Security – establish controls and security measures to protect data assets and prevent breaches.
Data Culture – foster data literacy so employees can use data effectively in their roles.
Project Management
Support the strategic planning process, gathering priorities from executive‑led strategic priorities, OKRs, KPIs, existing initiatives, and new initiatives.
Develop, plan, and oversee the PMO budget.
Construct and govern the Project Approval Process.
Enhance and maintain consistent, regular reporting across the portfolio.
Help Define The Following
Definitions of Program, Project, and Departmental Initiative, and the “Definition of Done.”
Reporting cadence and hierarchy to focus executive communications on what matters.
PMO Steering Committee – regular review of progress on spend, delivery timelines, capacity planning, scope creep, etc.
Cross‑functional collaboration expectations and roles and responsibilities.
Organizational model for teams reporting into this role.
Employee attraction, retention, coaching, and support aligned with CV performance management best practices.
Maintenance of effective executive relationships across the firm.
Ambassador for the company’s culture and values.
Flexible, open‑minded thinking, prepared to pivot and change course when necessary.
Competencies

Education and Experience
Master’s Degree in a business‑related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience covering Data and Project Management responsibilities.
