The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Ecommerce has an exciting career opportunity for a full‑time Product Owner reporting to the Senior Manager Transactional.

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary As the Product Owner, Global Ecommerce, the successful candidate will operate at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology and User Experience. They will lead the strategic hyper‑growth and continuous development of the eCommerce channel, singularly focused on delivering a best‑in‑class, frictionless online experience that drives increased channel revenue.

The Product Owner will be responsible for identifying opportunities, leveraging innovation, developing targeted strategies and leading the conception and execution of the roadmap that will drive the web to aggressive growth and performance milestones. They will lead a team of designers and developers, manage agency partners, craft business cases and work in collaboration across all commercially focused business units, both domestically and internationally.

They bring a proven track record of increased web channel growth, deep customer advocacy, performance‑based optimization, and the ability to leverage emerging technologies to drive sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Continuously think big and develop innovative ideas challenging the product status quo. Champion the execution of ideas through optimization, definition and delivery of new features that will improve overall business results and achieve online revenue targets.

Find insights and opportunities using data, research, market analysis, user feedback and technology trends, building a business case that justifies testing or development.

Demonstrate strong business acumen while motivating and engaging highly creative team members.

Serve as roadmap owner, maintaining an 18‑24 month feature pipeline aligned with strategy and objectives.

Prioritize the product backlog, define user stories and complete product owner activities defined by agile/lean methodology.

Apply online marketing principles including conversion optimization, cross‑and upsell, audience segmentation, A/B testing and merchandising.

Communicate effectively at all organization levels; present to senior executives and technical contributors.

Adopt and evaluate optimizations, reporting on their impact on results.

Identify, evaluate and manage strategic partnerships to bring industry‑leading tools and features cost‑effectively.

Stay current on digital, eCommerce, marketing, travel and global business trends, reading publications and attending sessions with thought leaders.

Establish relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the company, including Corporate Digital and IT teams.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science or related field; MBA preferred.

3+ years experience as Product Owner or Sr. Product Analyst for an e‑commerce digital environment.

5+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e‑commerce or travel.

Travel industry (e‑commerce) experience preferred.

Experience and Skills

Experience with agile software development, requirements management and project management.

Knowledge of backlog and documentation tools; JIRA and Confluence preferred.

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and SEO strategies a plus.

Familiarity with customization tools like Monetate, Adobe Target or the like a plus.

Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, autonomously as required.

Passion for building customer‑centric products and staying current with industry trends.
