Job Title Product Owner, Global Ecommerce

Overview As the Product Owner, Global Ecommerce, the successful candidate will operate at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology, and User Experience. S/he will lead the strategic hyper‑growth and continuous development of the eCommerce channel, with a focus on delivering a best‑in‑class, frictionless online experience that drives increased channel revenue.

Responsibilities The Product Owner will be responsible for identifying opportunities, leveraging innovation, developing targeted strategies, and leading the conception and execution of the roadmap that drives web growth and performance milestones. S/he will lead a team of designers and developers, oversee agency partners, craft business cases, and collaborate across all commercially focused business units, both domestic and international.

Required Skills

Continuously think big and develop innovative ideas that challenge the product status quo.

Find insights and opportunities using data, research, market analysis, user feedback, and technology trends, and build business cases to justify testing or development.

Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to motivate, engage, and maximize collaboration among technologists and designers.

Serve as roadmap owner, maintaining an 18‑24‑month feature pipeline aligned with product strategy.

Lead prioritization of the product backlog, define user stories, and complete product owner activities under agile/lean methodology.

Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, from executives to technical contributors.

Ensure adoption and effectiveness of optimizations, reporting on continuous positive impact.

Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships to bring industry‑leading tools and features cost‑effectively.

Stay current on digital, ecommerce, marketing, travel, and global business trends.

Establish relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the company, including Corporate Digital and IT teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and/or SEO strategies is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as required.

Ability to assume cross‑functional roles and responsibilities when necessary.

The role requires creativity, analysis, and flexibility, working in a fast‑paced, changing environment, aiming for record‑setting results.

Certifications, article authoring, or demonstrated influencer status in online business, digital, ecommerce, and/or interactive marketing disciplines is a big plus.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour.
