What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Track and improve core consumer funnel metrics, including conversion rates and daily productivity pacing
Partner with sales leaders to design and enforce KPIs that enhance sales performance
Build and manage capacity models to optimize rep efficiency and customer experience
Collaborate with Data Engineering & Business Analytics to create scalable reporting and dashboards
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to shape strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, including 5 years in high-velocity B2C environments
3+ years of experience in people management
Proven experience with consumer funnels and KPIs related to sales effectiveness
Track record of scaling sales operations for large teams (200+ reps/agents)
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Hands‑on experience with advanced SQL, Excel, Salesforce CRM, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership and frontline teams in consumer‑facing businesses
