Responsibilities
Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies.
Perform the clerical support and duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department.
Manage budgetary requirements and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization (must be current).
Two (2) years of experience in food service operations.
Ability to use PC; experience in dietetic service supervision preferred.
