Position Summary As the Business Systems Analyst – Platform+ Applications within VIZIO’s Information Technology team, this individual plays a critical role working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization defining, delivering, monitoring, and supporting IT business solutions and supporting roadmaps. In summary this position provides cost effective business financial systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications; includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration; formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end‑user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications, and industry requirements. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end‑user department; evaluates and translates end‑user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate; understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining, testing and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs; teaches end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for the existing system.

What You’ll Do

Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.

Work with business users to define, analyze, and prioritize problems, and align appropriate technical solutions.

Develop, document, and manage requirements, providing detailed design and business rules to support project goals.

Review system test plans, execute system tests, and ensure end‑user documentation and training are accurate.

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver products and services, providing advanced input on processes and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

Educational Background : Undergraduate degree in Business Management/Information Systems with 2 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 1 year relevant experience.

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of system development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data analysis.

Analytical Skills : Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in finance/accounting processes, with experience in data integration and analysis.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and deliver training.

Certifications : Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Salary & Compensation Location: Dakota Dunes, South Dakota – $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year Location: Dallas, Texas – $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year Location: Los Angeles, California – $84,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year Location: Seattle, Washington – $84,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year Location: Irvine, California – $84,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year Location: Denver, Colorado – $77,000.00 – $143,000.00 per year

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area.

3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, and third‑party applications.

Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.

Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines.
