Position Overview
Solution Consultant III – Solution Consulting, Gen‑AI at VIZIO. This role focuses on driving strategy and roadmap for Vizio’s generative AI technology solutions, enhancing customer journeys and embedding GenAI‑powered automation across the organization.
Base Pay Range $80,000 – $186,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys through generative AI, leveraging Azure Machine Learning Studio, Copilot Studio, PowerAutomate, and Alteryx to create conceptual solutions.
Conduct market and technology research to uncover customer needs, align them with AI capabilities, and use data analytics and feedback to inform decisions and improve product offerings.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Vizio’s business units to define product strategies and oversee the full solution lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact.
Embed GenAI‑powered automation into existing workflows, driving business transformation and productivity gains.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and use insights to refine product features.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define product vision, build business cases, and prioritize roadmaps aligned with Vizio’s goals.
Foster strong partnerships and guide a matrixed organization to deliver high‑impact GenAI solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or a related area.
Proven track record in solution consulting and experience launching AI‑driven products, particularly within the finance domain.
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for product decisions.
Experience in design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, PowerAutomate, Azure Machine Learning Studio.
Passion for staying current with advancements in generative AI.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience integrating SAP, Workday, Infor, or Coupa with third‑party applications.
Experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA).
