We’re seeking a
Client Success Manager
to serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of fully managed and co‑managed clients. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys building relationships, running QBRs, and helping clients align technology with business outcomes. You’ll work closely with both executives and technical teams to ensure seamless communication, satisfaction, and strategy execution.
What You’ll Do
Manage relationships with 20–25 assigned clients as their primary point of contact
Conduct check‑ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for service improvements and business growth
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to meet client expectations
Translate technical solutions into clear business value and strategy
Handle escalations and communicate progress proactively
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider or IT services environment
Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
Ability to understand technical concepts (Microsoft 365, Azure, networking)
Experience conducting QBRs and managing multiple client relationships
A calm, proactive approach with a commitment to service excellence
