The Real Estate/Leasing Administrator will manage lease documentation and lease administration, collaborate with tenants and landlords, and protect our assets by ensuring lease compliance. Responsibilities include managing renewal processes, negotiating lease terms, handling landlord maintenance and property management of company‑owned properties, collecting tenant rents, auditing CTIs, and ensuring timely payments of rent and other charges. Core Responsibilities
Negotiate lease terms, rents, and CTIs to align with company goals for payable and receivable leases. Abstract leases and amendments into the lease management system (Tango) to maintain accurate critical dates and data for reporting. Audit leases and lease amendments entered into the system. Administer lease management system (Tango) for all leased locations in the portfolio. Manage landlord maintenance issues for designated territories. Leverage and lease surplus properties and company‑owned shopping centers, maintaining properties and collecting rental payments. Audit and process CTIs for landlord and tenant spaces. Resolve landlord maintenance issues promptly, communicating lease information effectively and making well‑informed decisions. Broaden cross‑departmental relationships to increase overall value for the company and department. Qualifications
Degree in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years in real estate lease administration or similar field. Extensive knowledge of lease documentation and lease administration. Experience in commercial real estate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills for engaging landlords and tenants. Attention to detail, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; adaptability to new software. Ability to multitask and track priorities. Excellent internal and external customer service. Decision‑making responsibilities. Problem‑solving skills. Benefits
