We’re seeking an experienced
Real Estate Paralegal
to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with Assistant General Counsels and internal partners to support lease administration, landlord/tenant relations, and general real estate legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and review commercial leases
Draft letters and agreements related to lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance
Support dispute resolution between landlords and tenants
Coordinate with legal, operations, and external parties
Assist in documenting and implementing real estate best practices
Manage multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing legal process improvement
Qualifications
Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
4+ years of experience in real estate law, lease administration, or property support
Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
