Overview
A leading real estate investment and asset management firm with a strong presence across the Southeast is seeking a junior Asset Management & Acquisitions Analyst to join its Atlanta-based team. The firm is a major owner-operator of institutional-quality office and mixed-use assets, known for its hands-on, value-add investment approach. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven analyst with investment sales experience to transition to the principal side and gain direct exposure to both asset management and acquisitions functions.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in real estate INVESTMENT SALES is required

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Support asset management initiatives including financial analysis, property performance tracking, and business plan execution.
Assist in underwriting and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models, internal reports, and investment memoranda.
Coordinate with leasing, property management, and capital markets teams to drive portfolio performance.
Conduct market research and track real estate and capital markets activity across target markets.
