About the Role The role is based in our local support centers in Heathrow, FL, Roseville, MN, or Santa Clara, CA. The position is part of the Technical Support team and involves working with customers, engineering, and account management to deliver high‑quality support.
Responsibilities
Provide timely resolution of technical issues for Cohesity customers.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using available tools.
Record customer interactions, including investigation steps and resolution.
Collaborate closely with engineering and account management teams.
Use sound judgment to select methods and techniques for solutions.
Ensure the best possible customer experience.
Manage workload to resolve all customer issues promptly.
Assist in developing comprehensive self‑service solutions for future incidents.
Develop knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Basic scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
Benefits Qualified candidates will receive base salary ranging from $60,560 to $75,700 per year, with potential for bonus, commission, and equity.
