Full onsite in Franklin, TN – 5x per week Summary
Oversee all end-user desktop hardware, mobile devices, software applications, and operating systems at Revecore. Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for technical desktop issues. The ideal candidate should deeply understand desktop OS, hardware, software applications, and be committed to excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues on-site. (approx. 1700 users) Manage and resolve service tickets, documenting solutions in detail Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals Manage user onboarding and offboarding in Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID Create, modify, and delete security groups in Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID Administer file server permissions Troubleshoot Windows and MAC OS and related applications (Office, Teams, OneDrive) Support printers, copiers, and zebra printers Encrypt computers using BitLocker Perform basic VOIP phone system administration Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device and application management Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop / Citrix / VMware Horizon Skilled in Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity protection tools Proficient in Windows and MAC operating systems Experienced with Exchange Online (O365) Basic knowledge of Networking protocols: TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments Excellent at providing high-quality customer service to end-users Capable of working independently and in a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Education
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Desktop Support Technician Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+; Apple Certified (ACSP), AZ-104 Associate\'s degree in computer science, IT, or related field Employment is contingent upon eligibility to work in the U.S., employment history verification, and a background check.
