Overview The Loss Mitigation Closing Coordinator is responsible for daily activities and operations within the Loss Mitigation closing team, ensuring proper servicing of delinquent investor/insurer owned residential mortgage loan products to reduce delinquency levels and losses. The position assists in finalizing Loss Mitigation workout options and requires meticulous attention to detail to review various documents for accuracy. All employees of Servbank are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Process modification and partial claim document requests.

Review and audit modification and partial claim agreements prior to borrower execution.

Process title policy requests.

Process completed modification agreements.

Maintain department email box including both inbound and outbound.

Support team members by notifying once critical steps in the modification process are completed.

Report data received and provide synopsis of critical steps completed daily to senior management.

Prepare copies and Fed‑ex packages.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements Experience and Skills:

Creative problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Strong analytical and judgment skills, self‑initiative, and detail‑oriented.

Strong project and time‑management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Computer and Software Competencies: Working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Experience with MSP mortgage servicing system and mortgage terminology.

Education

High School diploma and/or some college.
