We seek qualified adjunct instructors to deliver high‑quality instruction at our three full‑service campuses. Your materials will be maintained in a pool of qualified candidates, and we may contact you for an interview as teaching opportunities arise throughout the academic year.

Compensation $780 per contact hour.

Typical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required with appropriate experience; Master’s degree preferred. Teaching experience is helpful, but not required.

Cover letter and resume required.

Cover letter must state availability, campus preference (Mays Landing, Atlantic City, or Cape May Court House), courses/disciplines taught or qualified to teach, and optional interest in Continuing Education courses.

Benefits

Tuition waiver – adjuncts may enroll for one credit course, tuition‑free, during any semester they are teaching.

Paid sick leave in accordance with the NJ Paid Sick Leave Law.

Alternate Benefit Program (ABP) – defined‑contribution retirement program; adjuncts contribute 5% of base salary, the college contributes 8%. Life insurance benefits through ABP are payable to the beneficiary at 3.5X the member’s salary.
