Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for our Interiors team, to lead and manage the interior development efforts. The role involves coordinating with a talented team of engineers, managing multiple project schedules simultaneously, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support automotive trim commodities. This position requires leveraging expertise in automotive interiors, ensuring project delivery within budget constraints and timeframes, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts for multiple design projects. Track progress and foster teamwork to ensure milestones are met on time. Coordinate with the test department and interior trim suppliers for timely validation programs. Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage engineering tasks, progress, and publish updates. Provide technical guidance, solve engineering challenges, and support cost breakdown reviews for parts.
Must Have Skills
Experience with CAD software. Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Strong knowledge of interior trim systems and manufacturing processes.
Industry Experience
At least 5 years of experience preferably in the automotive domain.
