What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives
Meet annual sales goals established by the RVP of Broker Distribution
Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community
Strengthen and grow relationships with brokers through regular meetings and engagement
Maintain strong connections with underwriting, product, pricing, and regulatory compliance teams to ensure alignment with broker relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace
College degree with a concentration in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support decision-making aligned with the organization’s strategy
High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently and consistently
Self‑reflective with an attitude of continuous improvement and a customer‑first mindset

Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among business and financial issues
