What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals as established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the company’s value proposition to the broker community
Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and effective communication
Maintain strong connections with internal teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
Strong integrity and transparency in professional conduct
Self-reflective with a commitment to continuous improvement

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and financial issues
