What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to educate the broker community
Build and strengthen relationships with brokers to drive sales and enhance brand presence
Conduct a designated number of broker meetings weekly and manage a pipeline of RFPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
High degree of integrity and a transparent approach to decision-making
Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
