Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout

Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors

Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure successful delivery

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations

Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning and business development

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects

Tiltwall construction experience is required

Municipal project experience is strongly preferred

Proficient in relevant construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Ability to travel locally and manage multiple priorities
