Perform precise material takeoffs for excavation, grading, paving, demolition, and site preparation. Prepare accurate quantity estimates for project budgeting and bid submissions. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Organize and present takeoff documentation for internal and external review. Support bid package preparation, subcontractor scope coordination, and pricing reviews. Assist in pre‑construction planning and change order assessments. Maintain and manage estimating data and historical cost records. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2 years in construction estimation, takeoffs, or project engineering—experience in earthwork, grading, or excavation. Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore or other project management tools is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
