Position Overview
Tycko & Zavareei LLP, a 30‑person plaintiff‑side litigation firm founded in 2002, is seeking licensed attorneys in Washington, D.C. who have 2–3 years of post‑law‑school litigation experience (JD 2022–2023). Full‑time litigation associate positions begin in November 2025 (third‑ and fourth‑year level). Applications received by November 7 receive priority consideration.

Openings We are looking for litigation associate candidates with 2–3 years of post‑law‑school experience who wish to start in the fall of 2025. The starting base salary ranges from approximately $178,000 to $194,000 (based on years of practice), plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with employer contribution after 12 months, EAP, commuter benefits, and more. The firm offers a flexible hybrid‑remote working arrangement and a transparent bonus plan that shares success among all attorneys.
