$260,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of employment law litigation experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high-impact employment matters in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team environment. Providing a full range of legal and advocacy services across a broad spectrum of industries, this law firm has offices throughout the U.S. and Shanghai. Represent clients in a range of employment law litigation, including single-plaintiff and class actions. Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and manage cases from start to resolution. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategies and client counseling. Advise employers on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management. Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex employment issues. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in employment law litigation. Admission to practice in Washington, D.C. (or eligibility to waive in). Strong academic credentials and proven litigation skills. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Traditional labor experience (NLRA, collective bargaining) is a plus but not required. Culture & Firm Appeal
