What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute partnership strategies aligned with overall business goals and growth targets
Manage a portfolio of high‑value partnerships, ensuring performance monitoring and ongoing value delivery
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and strategic partners for aligned execution
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities in collaboration with Business Development and Product teams
Analyze client and partner data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or strategy roles within insurance or financial services
Proven success in managing high‑value client relationships and executing strategic initiatives
Experience influencing internal partners and coordinating cross‑functional teams
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and mobility sectors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree and CPCU designation preferred
Familiarity with structuring partnership agreements (e.g., fronting, large deductible, TPA)
Experience working with data analytics or client insights platforms to drive strategic recommendations
Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority
Proficiency in partnership lifecycle management, including onboarding and performance tracking
