Responsibilities
Sales: Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align with Company priorities and values
Endorses, models and develops the team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations
Enforces sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
Collaborates with Store Manager(s)/Assistant Store Manager(s) to adjust store strategies and personal selling techniques to support store and financial results
Leverages floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics; remains results driven, including through team selling
Manages productivity: holds sales team accountable for personal sales
Maximizes clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Manager(s)/Assistant Store Manager(s) to achieve business goals
Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, mall initiatives)
Provides tailored customer service by reading cues, resolving issues with appropriate stakeholders
Develops product knowledge and coaching to meet goals; delegates and empowers others
Supports recruitment and staffing decisions to meet business needs
Operations: Manages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards; adapts to business needs
Demonstrates strong business acumen and maintains professional demeanor
Maintains store appearance and uses retail systems and reporting tools to inform decisions
Adheres to Coach retail policies and procedures including POS and operations
Uses tools and technology to support clienteling and drive sales
Works with Store Manager(s)/Assistant Store Manager(s) to adjust store strategies to improve productive functions
Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competition
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Technical: Basic computer skills, cash register systems, iPad/laptop use, Mobile POS, price/product release sheets
Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for product shipments
Schedule: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with high retail traffic
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $17.50 to $27.00
Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) and paid time off; product discounts and incentive compensation
