Electrical Supervisor
Competitive Pay of $77k-$105k plus additional compensation Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am Location: Fremont, NE Direct Hire The Electrical Supervisor leads the electrical team in maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal plant operations. This position oversees electrical projects, ensures compliance with safety procedures, and identifies preventive maintenance needs to minimize downtime. The role exists to maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and evaluate electrical staff to ensure productivity and engagement Oversee and direct electrical installations and maintenance of the facility’s electrical systems Enforce compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out policies and safety standards Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems Coordinate with contractors for testing, calibration, and equipment inspections Install or modify electrical systems and support equipment upgrades Promote continuous improvement and communicate opportunities for operational enhancement Maintain a strong safety culture and lead by example in safe work practices Ensure reliable attendance and adherence to company standards Qualifications and Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology, Electrical Mechanical, or Electronics Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment 5-10 years of supervisory experience Journeyman Electrical License Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems Benefits and Perks
