As Senior Product Manager you will drive patient growth by building experiences to improve patient access. You are someone who loves digging into complex problem spaces and collaborating with cross-functional domain experts across clinical, marketing, operations, and platform tech to design solutions that address our patients’ pain points. You bring a strong track record of applying UX best practices and experimentation strategies to optimize user flows, reduce friction, and drive measurable growth. You are also a passionate executor who will lead a cross-functional team day-to-day in building new features and capabilities, launching new offerings, validating hypotheses, and driving product excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Define and execute a roadmap to drive patient growth through investments in new patient onboarding and offering expansion to increase access and engagement for our patients

Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, growth, clinical, operations, and legal teams to build scalable solutions that deliver impact and intuitive and delightful user experiences

Leverage analytics and user insights to uncover friction points and prioritize high-impact opportunities using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and qualitative research

Establish success metrics and regularly communicate learnings, results, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders

Champion patient empathy in every growth decision ensuring that conversion wins also enhance trust, safety, and overall patient experience

This role is a senior individual contributor (“IC”) role

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer-facing products and owning growth metric targets (conversion / retention)

Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in complex business areas, balancing stakeholder needs with business priorities

An action-oriented, ownership mentality to problem solving

Skilled in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and making data-informed decisions to guide product strategy

Strong track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Passion for breaking down complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions that resonate with users

Adept at distilling complex ideas into actionable plans and effectively presenting to stakeholders at all levels

Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions

The target base salary for this position ranges from $195,700 to $225,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
