Responsibilities
Define and execute a roadmap to drive patient growth through new onboarding and offering expansion.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, data, growth, clinical, operations, legal) to build scalable, intuitive solutions.
Leverage analytics and user insights to uncover friction, prioritize high‑impact opportunities, and run A/B testing, funnel analysis, and qualitative research.
Establish success metrics and regularly communicate learnings, results, and next steps to leadership.
Champion patient empathy in all growth decisions, ensuring conversions enhance trust, safety, and overall experience.
Lead a cross‑functional team as a senior individual contributor.
Qualifications
5+ years product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer‑facing products and owning growth metrics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in complex business areas.
Action‑oriented ownership mentality and hypothesis‑driven development.
Skilled in A/B testing, data‑informed decisions, and product strategy.
Strong track record of leading and influencing cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
Passion for simplifying complex challenges into scalable solutions that resonate with users.
Excellent communication skills to present to stakeholders at all levels.
Empathy, candor, and ability to build common ground while articulating rationale behind decisions.

Location & Work Arrangement Ro supports flexible work anywhere in the United States. Ro’ers in the tri‑state (NY) area will join the HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while those outside can participate in in‑person collaborations throughout the year.
Salary The target base salary for this position ranges from $195,700 to $225,000, plus competitive equity and benefits.
