About the Role Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Parish in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a part-time Front Office Assistant. This role supports the daily operations of a vibrant and active parish, providing a welcoming presence to all who enter.
Primary Responsibilities
Greet and assist parishioners, ministry leaders, and visitors in person, by phone, and via email Process Mass intention requests and stipends Manage bookstore sales transactions Receive and process emergency calls for priests Collect and manage room reservation and event requests Monitor, stock, and maintain the coffee bar and supply areas Keep the front desk and coffee area clean and organized Post event signage and assist with adoration chapel coordination Requirements
Qualifications & Competencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and legible handwriting Excellent communication and listening abilities Friendly, flexible, and adaptable personality Sound problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and databases Positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and mission Previous parish office or front desk experience preferred Practicing Catholic preferred
Compensation $17-$18 per hour, based on experience
