Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to address project-related issues and updates. Review and approve project-related invoices and payments. Support the procurement of materials and manage inventory as needed. The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in the property industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
