Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A strong background in the property industry, particularly in construction project management. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
