Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls • Manage voicemail and ensure messages are delivered promptly • Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed • Uphold client confidentiality and firm standards at all times
Qualifications
•
1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience
(law firm experience a plus) • Excellent
communication and customer service skills • Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems •
Spanish-speaking preferred , but not required • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
