As the first point of contact for our guests, our Front Desk team sets the tone for their stay - making every interaction welcoming and memorable.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Guest Service/Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional, courteous manner Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Manage room assignments, payments, and reservations accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED equivalent Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient with computers; experience with [PMS system, e.g., Opera, OnQ, etc.] a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
