Job Description
Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to achieve optimal performance. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor the status of projects and address any issues. A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
Proven experience in construction project management within the business services industry. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
