The nocturnist primary role is overnight admissions. The Nocturnists work shifts at both Butterworth and Blodgett Hospitals. The Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) cover the floor calls. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality, and efficiency. Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews. Mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Excellent schedule of 155 shifts per year. Compensation And Benefits
