£45,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Are you an experienced Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a number of roles in Kent and would love to have a conversation with you. We have various roles available across a range of specialisms. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients across a range of legal areas. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with poise and professionalism. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates on case developments. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues. Stay updated on current legal trends and changes to legislation relevant to assigned practice areas. Requirements
Proven experience as a Solicitor with a solid understanding of legal procedures and case management. Strong research and analytical skills to interpret and apply legal statutes effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and presenting cases. Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with clients. Detail-oriented with superior organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Adherence to the highest ethical standards and a commitment to professional development.
