A premier global Am Law 100 law firm invites applications for a seasoned
Senior Attorney
specializing in mergers and acquisitions to join its Corporate practice. This role offers a rare chance to lead sophisticated transactions for a wide spectrum of clients — from innovative technology firms to established leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, finance, hospitality, and beyond. As a senior member of our transactional team, you will Responsibilities
Lead and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate transactions from concept through completion. Provide strategic guidance and hands-on legal counsel to clients on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff involved in transactions. Partner with specialists in tax, regulatory, finance, and IP matters to address complex deal components. Supervise post-closing matters including integration, purchase price adjustments, and dispute resolution. Qualifications
Holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Has at least 6–8 years of corporate transactional experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Is admitted to the Florida Bar (additional jurisdiction admissions are advantageous). Demonstrates the ability to handle transactions independently, including high-value and multi-party deals. Brings exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes
Experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Prior work with private equity clients. Bring an established professional network in Florida. Why This Firm?
