Job Overview
Our client is a prominent AV‑Rated law firm located in Tampa, Florida, seeking a qualified attorney for their Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice. The role provides front‑line deal involvement, an equity partner opportunity, and excellent compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities • Provide legal advice and support on corporate M&A and private equity transactions. • Participate in transaction due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution. • Draft transaction documents, term sheets, and ancillary agreements. • Mentor and collaborate with other attorneys and staff to grow the practice and client relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years
of experience in corporate M&A or private equity work.
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Significant transaction experience and a strong work ethic.
Comparable law firm experience is preferred.
Strong business sense and ability to relate to clients.
Compensation & Benefits • Base pay: $175,000 – $250,000 per year. • In addition, the firm offers equity partner upside, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
