Overview
Feetures is Meant to Move. Are you? We’re looking for a highly strategic and operationally minded leader to serve as the VP of Sales who will report directly to the CEO. This hybrid role, which sits in Charlotte, NC will be responsible for driving the global wholesale growth strategy while building the systems, tools, and processes that support scalable execution. The ideal candidate has experience working with global wholesale partners, understands the commercial and logistical complexities of international markets, and can partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the global wholesale strategy, focusing on profitable growth, market expansion, and channel optimization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set global revenue targets, territory plans, and partner priorities.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, distributor partnerships, and key accounts across regions (North America, EMEA, APAC).
Support top-tier account development and key meetings with major wholesale partners.
Wholesale Operations
Oversee the end-to-end wholesale process: sell-in, order capture, fulfillment, and post-season analysis.
Lead seasonal calendar management and ensure alignment across merchandising, sales, and planning functions.
Build and improve wholesale processes, including account setup, pricing, order management, and margin governance.
Implement and optimize sales tools and platforms (B2B portals, CRM, ERP integrations) to streamline global execution.
Create and manage global sales playbooks, SOPs, and seasonal toolkits for sales teams and regional partners.
Ensure wholesale teams are equipped with the right product information, pricing, and market insights.
Forecasting, Planning & Analytics
Partner with planning, finance, and regional sales leads to build detailed sales forecasts by market and key account.
Develop global dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, sell-in/sell-through, and seasonal trends.
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and demand planning alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the key operational partner to product, marketing, planning, and customer service.
Ensure cohesive global go-to-market execution: aligning timelines, product assortments, and delivery windows.
Work with planning and logistics to resolve wholesale order flow, allocation, and delivery issues.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in global wholesale sales, strategy, or operations within apparel, footwear, or consumer goods
Experience scaling wholesale business globally (NA, EMEA, APAC) in a fast-growing, premium brand environment
Deep understanding of both strategic account development and operational execution
Strong analytical mindset; experienced with ERP, B2B sales platforms, and CRM tools
Proven cross-functional leadership with a strong ability to influence across teams and geographies
A balance of strategic thinking and executional rigor, with strong project management capabilities
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed
