Base pay range

$112,900.00/yr - $169,500.00/yr

Responsibilities

Drive forward our ambitious food programs to elevate the brand and deliver compelling, profitable food experiences across stores.

Craft our food by developing new platforms, flavors, textures, and experiences that align with our food strategy.

Partner with teams across the enterprise (product development, sourcing, finance, marketing, operations, and technology) to imagine and commercialize new food products.

Test and learn about innovative food concepts, refine products for customers, and de-risk investments for the business.

Impact food offerings for all U.S. stores, including Core stores and Roastery/Reserve stores.

Understand customers through research to identify opportunities and emerging trends in food occasions.

Define opportunities to enhance customers’ lives through food experiences and grow the business.

Collaborate with store partners and operations/testing teams to educate and excite partners about Starbucks food.

Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality food experiences that partners are proud to serve.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of work experience with preference for 1-2+ years in category or brand management.

Project planning, management, execution, and collaboration (2+ years).

Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences (1+ years).

Passion for developing products and building brands rooted in customer empathy.

Experience developing and executing product strategies and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Ability to leverage data and insights to inform actions that develop a brand.

Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and change; able to work in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.

Notes: The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, location, and internal equity. We typically do not hire at the high end of the range for a given role; compensation is position- and candidate-specific.

We are onsite four days a week.
