Administrative Assistant
to support its Legal and Compliance team. This hybrid role offers a blend of administrative, legal, and light compliance responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle high-volume scheduling Answer and screen calls, organize email communications, and maintain filing systems Coordinate domestic and international travel, including creating detailed itineraries Prepare and process expense reports Legal & Compliance Assistance Track attorney bar license renewals and compliance requirements Process legal department invoices and liaise with external legal vendors on billing matters Maintain internal databases and assist with document management and reporting tasks Assist with internal meeting planning and offsite team events Provide occasional backup coverage for the Reception team (on-site; full-day coverage as needed) What We're Looking For Experience & Education 3+ years of administrative experience; legal or financial services background a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong academic performance Skills & Attributes Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Outstanding attention to detail with a high degree of discretion and professionalism Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Seniority level
