Known for its collaborative culture, robust deal flow, and commitment to professional growth, the firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development Manager to join its high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives. The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for: Leading and executing end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning Developing strategic analyses, investment memos, and executive presentations to support decision-making Building and maintaining complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comps) Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution Supporting corporate strategy initiatives, including market entry, portfolio optimization, and capital deployment Engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders to evaluate and negotiate strategic opportunities Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong focus on M&A Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills Demonstrated success in leading or supporting complex transactions Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
