Were seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across the healthcare market in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, youll serve as a trusted advisor to current and prospective healthcare customers, helping them create safer, more efficient environments. This is an opportunity to lead growth in a key healthcare market.

Travel: Up to 80% throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, etc.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and distributor partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through solution-based selling. Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and education sessions. Collaborate with internal teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to enhance customer outcomes. Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events. Maintain accurate CRM records, submit timely reports, and manage travel and expenses efficiently.
Requirements Bachelors degree 5+ years of healthcare or medical sales experience with a proven record of success. Familiarity with infection prevention, cleanroom environments, or healthcare operations. Strong background in territory management and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Must reside in or near Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA, and be able to travel frequently.
