Evaluate and govern AI solutions: establish metrics, monitoring, and governance frameworks to ensure solutions are reliable, safe, and ethically applied in business contexts. Build and stand up software and data products independently, demonstrating ownership of the full development lifecycle. Apply foundational machine learning techniques and a working understanding of Generative AI to solve complex, ambiguous problems creatively and effectively. Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting problems, hypotheses, and solutions with clarity and business relevance. What You'll Bring
